No, BetterChat doesn't have any API methods which let other plugins change anything to do with the players name, only their message.

I'll put support for this on the todo list. Check back here soon.

 

Is there a way as an admin to set another players color?
Not just a group, but a specific player.

 

Hi, have a problem with this plugin. The players with the colored names doesnt save his chat in the chat.log. Anyway to fix this¿ oh i see this is common, anyway to save the chat log for the colored names?¿?

 

Yeah I can fix this. What's the chat log file called and where's it located?

 

oh just discovered that in the oxide logs saves all the chat just fine. i was watching the normal server logs.

 

Anyone have ideas here?
