To solve this issue:

you just need to add

to the top of the .cs file.

Rusty is up to popping up messages, before someone goes about telling me to eddit some line I dont know a damn thing about edditing plugins... honestly can barely edit configs.

Then typing in chat whattime and became NOTHING
