Admin and moderators in Rust

i tried in game hitting the f1 console and typed it in and i'm not running a plugin for item giving could that be why i might be receiving that message ?? also using the f1 and clicking on like tools and trying to spawn in a item from there doesn't work either

 

i do have RemoveAAA plugin yes how do i configure this so i can have permission

 

alright thanks and also one more quick question i added the R-anticheat plugin and once loaded it pops up with 2 errors one saying Anticheat plugin failed to compile and the other error says Anticheat,cs(817,81): error cs1061: type 'string' does not contain a definition for 'QuoteSafe' and no extension method 'QuoteSafe' of type 'String' could be found. Are you missing Facepunch.Extend' using directive?

How can I remove myself or others from being an owner/moderator? I also have no admin permissions when in-game.

Then server.writecfg after using any of the commands above then remove them from the admin or mod group

 

Thanks. I was able to remove and readd myself as admin through Rusty but i'm still unable to do anything in-game :/

What do you mean? I typed it into the Rcon console if that's what you mean. I'm trying to do /admin to be in admin mode and use other plugins while in my server but i'm unable too even though I am set to owner through the rcon console.
