Admin and moderators in Rust

I was told that this plugin is already there. I'm looking for this plugin. I need to do this one time. How can I implement this?
Or just allow flights for all

 

I'm pretty dumb but perhaps you can help me, I have a server thru multiplay and I have several of the following problems, don't know how to find my steam id, don't know how to find my servers ip, well actually those are the main problems.

 

I have tried basically everything to put myself as admin, I have tried the users.cfg and everything else.. it still doesn't work, please help

 

where do I find that? I did make a file with that name.. and all the information needed

I'm using Nitrous Networks so I don't actually use the server console.. so theres where I am stuck

I am not entirely sure if this is the right section, but it's for Mods, and Admin questions so I'm assuming so. Is there a way to disable the Moderator groups ability to no clip, while allowing myself, the admin/owner permission to still use it?

 

So just give them the auth level 0 and give them the ability to use plugins that would allow them to moderate? Also, I awoke to find my server description and header image was gone, Wulf. I saved it with the writecfg command, but it still seems to be clearing itself? My server is set to restart every 6 hours to reduce lag and such; could that be resetting it?
