Requests:
- additional permission setting for assigning to players (see below)
- add vanish time, cooldown, dailylimit to config file
- add (true/false) options like appearWhenRunning, appearWhenDamaged, noTPWhileVanished, weaponUseWhileVanished, appearAtDistanceToPLayer
- add option to vanish to an object like a box, water catcher, tree, etc. BUT no movement allow while disguised

Deleted my config file and updated to this one. So far so good with no CanNetworkTo

Also spoke to soon just got the cannetworkto error
