it's not server problem, but client

 

EAC is client sided and usually, happens when your internet connection has momentary drops or high packet loss caused by a bad internet connection.

Edit: Although this is very rare, it can also be related to Valves servers.

Guys i have this problem but my copy of Rust is 100% legit, bought on kinguin 4 years ago and played for years. Wth is happening now?

Trie to reinstall EAC, reinstalled the game, restarted pc, deactivated antivirus and firewall and nothing changed, instead now after reinstalling the game I have this error when I launch it:
