XP Manager [Obsolete]

Hey everyone (Wulf ) just asking if i could get the XP Manager plugin, as all links and such here on oxide lead me to "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

Just asking if you could make it public or atleast give me access to it i might need it for a project Ill be patching oxide and such myself so no worries about that

 

I require an XP manager for Rust, from the old dev blogs.
If anyone can help, please contact me ASAP.

 

I have XP revived, blueprint manager and no workbench all installed I want it to be like the old XP system how can I do so?
