Setting up a Rust server with Windows

Hello,
I have a problem... I got the newest version of oxide installed correctly and also installed some plugins. But when I start my Server it is not loading Oxide... (I'm getting no errors or anything. It's just looking the same as without Oxide)
My run.bat looks the following...

The clip command just clips the client.connect command into my clipboard everytime I start my Server.

 

This is my plugins folder
and this is my oxide folder so everythin is installed correctly (I think) but it is not working....

 

okay I am using end of reality game servers, I have no idea how to install oxide for rust and I would love for someone to add me on steam:notpraxam I really need help and would love some thank you

 

You do it from the cpanel of gameservers

 

right but where do I put the files?

Good now with the latest update of rust can not put the server to roll on my computer with the Oxide on windows 64b, 10.
Someone can tell me what I can do to return the plugins.

This is the error when I try to enter the server.

The server only gives if I do not unzip the zip folder on the server (for Oxide Rust 2.0.1925).
Have updated the server as says the error but does not give, with (for Oxide Rust 2.0.1925)

 

But how can you be out of date! if I do not get the Oxide it works.
It was ugly to update with the CMD file.
Where can I take the most updated?
