Does anyone know how to get the things like "Discord" and the playername collored in the chat?

I'm not using this plugin, because I don't think it does what I want, which is the following (showing number of online players):



I basically figured out how to do this by making a Discord Bot and I use PowerShell to host the Bot, but when I close PowerShell the Bot goes offline is there any way to keep it online 24/7?

It's not live though. I just figured out how to do it any using Heroku, thanks though.
