    Hmmm Well maybe it's because you dont have building owners then.
    It's written in huge in the overview that you Will probably need it ^^
    I guess that's why it gives an error.
    If everything works fine then just discard it.

    @Reneb, error is being thrown because of the timer change, it used to just be a "Rcon Exception, Ambiguous matchin in method resolution". But the timers have been modified to throw actual errors and destroy the timer when it runs in to an exception. Only happens the first time the plugin is loaded and is caused by

        nulVector3 = new(UnityEngine.Vector3._type,nil)
    end )
    So by removing this from the init the current problem is solved, but you still need your nulVector so I moved it to OnServerInitialized() but due to some bug (not sure if it's Oxide or Rust, the first time you try to create the null vector it fails so I tossed in some lua error handling.

    advanced teleport working with latest oxide only thats why we forced to use latest oxide anyway since the error given only 1 time and do not effect anything it doesn't matter at all

    Omg! Shame on you! :p but yea, with all the issues from time to time with timers that causes them to run over and over again when they throw an error I made a slight change to the timer callback. I'll make a topic in plugin dev in a bit that goes over the latest core & hook changes
