A class declaration included the new keyword even though the declaration does not override an existing declaration in a base class. You can delete the new keyword.
(when you can use new) is worded as "Contrary to hiding a name from an outer scope, hiding an accessible name from an inherited scope causes a warning to be
reported".
dumb question is the plugin is made from the original loot table that exist in the game or is it touched
like in betterloot and gives extra loot in barrels etc?
