You must setup LootConfig.json configuration file again.

 

How can i make my server be 10 times all loot in-game ? pls respond

You edit old LootConfig.json since You it is necessary, copy him(it) in file plugin, and afterwards in chat to write command /reload LootConfig

just add note. you MUST write name of plugin exactly what his name, if plugin's name is LootConfig so /reload lootconfig or /reload Lootconfig does't work!!!
you must write /reload LootConfig with capital "L" and capital "C"

 

file is identical oO nothing was changed?

 

I don't know it, but my LootConfig after update reset all on default in LootConfig.json config file. Maybe is something differently in game, name or anything else.

OK, Again another update and another time the 5Xs doesn't work. I did the update with the oxide and and it still doesn't work? I tried repeatedly to update in the process and all with no luck. I tried looking for updates and didn't see anything more than what i already have? I tried reloading all the plugins in and they all work but the 5Xs still is not 5X even though it loads in? Why cant you guys just leave well enough alone? This is the only plug in now that doesn't work again and it was all working before only after endless tries from steams careless auto refresh to send me the updates. I tried looking at the different versions too as i was told before that needs to be updated but you would think that in updates according to the dates they come out, the creators would be smart enough to change versions already in there right? Oh yeah, im dealing with the creators who are mostly men.. sorry.. Its just this is getting a little ridiculous now to have to this keep happening every time there is an update... For how am i to know what version i am to have? Now i need to be psychic too.. Its very frustrating...

 

To answer a couple of the posts above - it's not LootConfig that is changing people, it's HURTWORLD. The game has patched itself a few times over the last few weeks. When that happens YOUR LOOTCONFIG will reset to a default setting.....The lootconfig/json (that you HAD working) with have the older version number in it and it will be replaced by a NEW LOOTCONFIG file with the newest version number......

What admins NEED to do when Hurtworld is patched, is to LOOK at the new LootConfig.json file and make a note of the version number (last patch went from version 37 3 to 38 3). Then you should also see the LootConfig.json.old file alongside (which has all your your specific configs in for 3x 5x whatever)....So, change the lootconfig.json.old to reflect the new version number, save it, delete the .json file then rename the .json.old file to .json

Problem solved.

No need for sexism here - it is frustrating when hurtworld patches, but it's not the creators of the plugins that are at fault here - they're working on new fixes as soon as they see a hurtworld patch.....

If you're still having problems with your lootconfig after trying the above, post it here and I'll have a look.

WolfuYT - your lootconfig shows version 37 3. With the latest patch I think it's up to 38 3 now.....

I am sorry for the sexism as i said before. But the last patch that i had was version 34 and it was working? That is why i am so confused? And i did go in and change it to version 38 as that is what i thought it should be as last time as i was told it was to be 37, but by that time i had it already working with version 34 so i didn't change it then. So This time i tried changing it to version 38 and it still doesn't work. That is why im frustrated. And i do not receive updates telling me that anything has been changed in the notifications as i should. That is also frustration when i should be getting these things notifying me as such. All other things work as i said. When i try to reload LootConfig it said it loads, but it still was 1xs? So i had to thought about logging out of steam and logging back in again and then repeated the whole process all over again, and now it finally works? Not sure what was happening, but for some reason logging into and out of Steam had something to do with it! My 5xs is working now..

 

Strange, glad you got it fixed anyway.

And Hurtworld devs won't tell us when they update their software - sometimes it's just a small stealth patch, other times it's pretty big....Plugin devs and addon devs always have to play catchup (like us Admins)....

It is Alpha software afterall
