Hi Steenamaroo.
Still lovin the bots .. great job mate
However after putting on 1.2.5 the bots NOT defined as murders don't move.
Note: I just updated my server so it has the latest oxide and rust. -

The melee farming code in BotSpawn.Cs are lines 139-142. Delete these to allow melee weapon damage.
Nope my code can't override these so you would have to remove them. Once removed DMBots works.

Hey am back. I seem to have a problem getting them to move around. They moved before but they wont move now. They do attack me with the weapons given.

I'm on oxide 3662 at present and scientists/murderers react just fine so I guess something's changed in oxide.

I'm on the latest oxide and BotSpawn and Scientist spawn, but aren't moving. The Jason NPC is moving but I did not spawn him.
Hold the phone there is a new oxide, downloading it now. Wulf is very busy today...
And still not moving. Do we need to recreate the json file? Note they are floating ever so slightly above the ground.

I'm going to need someone to
A: Confirm oxide 2.03637, if that is the latest. (oxide.version in console)
B: Confirm true/false/false respectively by typing 'nav_grid', 'nav_disable' and 'ai_dormant' into console
C: Attach their config.
If anyone confirms the same setting, I'll load their config and see if I have the problem.
Test with kit as default, because I won't have your kits.
Edit: Also, it'd be worth doing oxide.unload * then oxide.load BotSpawn to rule out conflicts. -
So, Can you explain exactly what is the difference between True/False for the murderer setting ?
Do they move away from their preset zone/radius, is their kit altered in any way, or their weapons ?
just checked and found my ai.dormant was on true ! (did not even know about that one)

Where the scientist is an AI with Hazmat suit and mp5/shotgun, the Murderer is a running 'zombie' character with a melee weapon.
Setting Murder:True means your bots will be the latter type.
Setting it false means the plugin will act as it did prior to the update.
I suggest always having kit set to 'default' when using Murderer:True. -

I delete my json and regenerated it. I set active to true, otherwise I left it to defaults.
They do not move. They do shoot still. -

I always delete cs, data and config files.
Do a fresh install then restart the server. -

thanks for info, just checked one of my gas stations and there is a war on between the bots and the murderers , quite lively and they are certainly all moving around, i have found for the last few weeks that most of the bots dont patrol, they stand there till you get in range then start after you, so its not this game update,
