  2. I guess your old config was still there?
    Wipe that and reload the plugin.

  4. No worries. Glad you got sorted.

    Yes, I intend to add other monuments, but you can always add them manually in the meantime.
    They'd be stored in the /data/ json but, other than that, it's the same thing.

  7. can you add melee weapons support so bots can attack with swords and stuff I tested them and they just hold it up like they're going to throw it at you

  9. Hi. First, congratulations for the work done since the creation of this plugin.
    "If you aggro a bot with melee or tool, he will still retaliate."
    I hit a "bot" with a sword but it did not fire back.

    For information, i tested with a "bot" created with "Human NPC - Core for Rust | Oxide" and he manages to attack with a melee weapon. Maybe we should ask the creator of this plugin or inspect this plugin?
     
  10. HumanNpc is not using the "Scientist" AI to power them. Basically what is plugin does is spawning Scientists with an addition that you can dress them up as you like and make them do damage as you like. As Facepunch did not make the Scientist AI capable of using melee weapons, there is not much what the developer of this plugin can do.

  11. HumanNPC bots are written from the ground up whereas this uses FacePunch AI.
    If their AI can't handle melee weapons, then bots spawned by this plugin won't handle melee weapons.

    Did you wipe/update your config?

  13. Hey! Been using this mod for a week now or more. Anyways When i use this command /botspawn toplayer panda tier1 It will teleport the character to me then to my friend panda. Do you know why?
     
  14. Just to clarify, the bots appear with you, then disappear and appear with the intended target?

    I have no idea what that could be.
    The command finds the player, gets their location, then starts spawning using that info.

    The location of the person calling the bots isn't used at any point.

  15. The only problem I see is that they wont retaliate hitting them with a tool, or melee weapon. Other than that, everything else seems to work properly.
     
  16. They should, as long as you aren't vanished.
    They don't fire with the usual aggression, but they should respond and show interest in your position, rather than simply walking off.
     
  17. wasn't vanished. yes, they show interest, just don't fire. I would like to see them reign a shower of bullets into the players faces when they are hit with a tool.. Serves them right LOL
     
  18. lol. I'll have to have a think about it but that would probably be better.
    The present retaliate to melee isn't my doing - It's just what they do.
     
  19. They are spawning at me instead of spawning at my friends which ends up in me fighting while my friend is wondering where they are. I am typing his name in but they spawn at me instead. Work like normal and everthing but they spawn at me.

    EDIT "Could it be because am copying the command in instead?"
     
  20. yeah that's fine. its not like they weren't getting melee farmed already.. LOL but hopefully Facepunch eventually implements melee realiation LOL..
