Admin and moderators in Rust

Check out this log file im not sure ive ever seen facepunch stuff in the CMD window before.

Anyway my server messed up because i deleted all the folders in the Server Dir - cfg/users etc
So i had to reinstall the server.
I go to f1 and type in ownerid followed by 64bit steam ID
writeCFG

im not admin

and yes it is my id as im getting it from Steam IO and ive used it many times before.
Any ideas where i have gone wrong here ?

 

type this in in rcon not f1
ownerid steamid64 "player name" "admin"
then server.writecfg
then relog

 

it sees me in game as admin - i even have the admin icon next to my name.
If i do Perms im a member of Admin and Default
if i try to do anything it says i do not have the AUth level

I just wiped the server and copied my oxide folder back so its all fresh.

How do i give a player owner on the server ? I'm using rcon.io
I did the ownerid thing with the steam64 id and it worked but they cannot use some commands, also can i use oxide.grant from rcon.io?

in rcon.io and he can't fly or anything please help.

 

How do i find server.writecfg? where will it be

 

so after i put the command in i should type server.writecfg

 

in rcon type

then server.writecfg
then relog if in game

 

How do you remove owner id deleted him from the cfg but i save and exit and check it again and hes still in there
