    It's XP, not levels, so 5.0 would be 5 XP.

    these conflict... i want to use manager but it dont have the welcome bonus so i wanted to use both. is this possible?

    They do the same thing, you can't really use both. I can probably split the welcome bonus into a separate plugin though to keep it simple.

    or it could be added to xpmanager if you made it or the dev was willing. i think its a good feature.
