Can you go into your ftp find the users.cfg file inside your cfg folder download it to your desktop open it with notepad++ as see if you are an admin or if the file is blank

 

I type "oxide.grant group player sil_URL" in game console, because Rusty says that command doesn't exist.

Where do I find the area to Assign the permission to the default "player" usergroup. Also, how do I default the wait time to 0 and make it where anyone can change a picture that's not locked. (Not controlled by cupboard but by edit or lock mode only.) Thanks!
