    Ok bear with me, This is my first stab at a server lol. I type that into console and I get: Permission 'signartist.url' doesn't exist.

    You don't have the permission then. The permissions are listed on the Overview. Being an owner has nothing to do with the permissions.

    In your console as admin, or RCON: grant group player signartist.url

    You can also give the permission to other groups, or individual players.

    /sil file:///C:/Windows/test.png (load from server's machine)

    Permissions:
    • signartist.url -- To use /sil <URL>
    • signartist.owner -- To ignore owner check
    • signartist.cd -- To ignore cooldown check
    • signartist.raw -- To ignore jpg compression

    It uses permissions, not the Rust auth levels. You'd need to grant the permissions mentioned above (also shown on the Overview) to your user or group.

    The 'grant' command is a console command, you'd use it in RCON or F1 console as owner.
