It downloads images only and Rust inserts them into an SQLite database.

 

That's not a valid command or permission, the correct ones are are listed on the Overview.

 

It's a permission which you'd grant using the console command provided by Oxide.

URL example for the default user group:

If the command had no reply or showed you had no permission, then you are not auth level 2 with Rust. See oxidemod.org/threads/admin-and-moderators-in-rust.6520/ for how to add yourself as owner/auth level 2 with Rust. If the command came back as "Unknown command", then you do not have Oxide installed.

or

grant group GROUPNAME signartist.url

 

Run the console command as owner:

grant group player signartist.url

Done!
