Well, actually they can compile Oxide themselves.

I wish I could do that

It's not really about compiling, it's about patching the hooks that they use.

If you are installing Oxide, you need to install a compatible build for today's update. -
In my Log.Warning I get this after installing the latest updates from here http://oxidemod.org/downloads/oxide-for-rust-experimental.714/updates
And in Log.Exception from the same latest updateCode:[7/23/2015 5:49:10 PM] [BUNDLE] Not found: Assets/items.asset
Code:[7/23/2015 5:49:10 PM] NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object ItemManager.Initialize () Bootstrap.StartupShared () Bootstrap+<DedicatedServerStartup>c__Iterator3.MoveNext () UnityEngine.MonoBehaviour:StartCoroutine(IEnumerator) <Start>c__Iterator2:MoveNext()

That isn't an Oxide-related error. Make sure your server is fully updated and you are using the latest Oxide build. -
Needs fixed fast I cant start my server

Uploading new version now, thanks for the fast support Wulf

There isn't anything to fix on our end, the build starts fine. Make sure your server is fully updated. Oxide doesn't have any control over the assets you have install, you're either missing assets or you're using an old DLL (likely from an old Oxide build.)
