I've no problem with the new method, but for those who are reluctant or want to make changes when not in-game for whatever reason. Can they simply amend Kits_List.json in the data folder?

 

Please send the file plug-in .lua format

Hmmm i think that for data files you would need to restart the server to Apply the changes

 

yes that is another issue. Even you delete or change data file and/or reload plugin it will not effect until restart the server

I actually think that there is à work around that:
oxide.unload Kits
oxide.reload Kits
(Not oxide.load)
It does à real restart of Any plugins, i think that by using that you can actually edit data files without restarting the server to Apply the changes

Just tested and the changes don't apply, so probably needs a full restart.

 

well yuo can still:
1) get the kit (give it to you if you are taken in the cooldown or max)
2) remove the kit from the list
3) add it again.

When we type /kit the command is sent and does nothing. Not even an error. I've tried reloading, rebooting server, etc...

 

would you happen to have a time scale for the kits.

what i mean by that is how long before the kit becomes available again?

 

there is a cool down on some but I'm simply trying to show any of them. It's the first time I went to use the kits today. The last time was like 3 days ago.

I just don't to understand how to install.
Sat 5 hours and disassembled and is needed through F1 to throw things and write in chat that kit starter , he added .

You can change cooldown from seconds to minutes? Players cant calculate (example : You need to wait 21338.3649353981 's cooldown) and its 6 hours. Pleaseee

 

Sorry... I just realized that the kits file no longer does anything. I would have to create ALL kits over again in-game. Sorry for the confusion!

 

just woke up before was sleeping in godmode the auto kit has taken over wat i had in my inveotry it cleared it out and took over its doing it to my other admins as well

 

The auto kit spawns only when you respawn after death so you probably died.

 

i was still sleeping in godmode when i woke up i wasnt able to be killed other admins had same problem we were sleeping in godmode

 

And did you respawn somewhere Else?
