but i have updated it, and i cant seem to "oxide.reload QuickSmelt" in the console after a change

It not really realistic, as for the reason that the funaces have much higher temparatures which would simply smelt/burn any type of meat, but i can push out an update to change it for every type

Does anyone have a config setup for instant smelting, with normal amounts of charcoal that cooks all food items?
I cannot seem to get mine to work.. -

Hey, Kinesis it does not work like before anymore....Its now designed to be more fine-graded with more options. "Instant" is not supported, but it can also be made very quick

A thread like this here tells me, again, some hard changes/cuts to plugins (like on QuickSmelt) are/were a good decision, and i will always do the same on further actions:

If even (many) owners do not know how the cooking/smelting/fractioning really works normally on vanilla, many more players on such heavy modded servers have the same lack of information. This is now reverted by the latest change, and either people do try it or simply leave it.
No one here has a claim how plugins do work, and no has a claim that plugins will work on later days how they did worked in the past.
People are only free to use them or not to use them. When they want to use them, they need also to be able to read and understand the given description and examples. I dont care about lazy people simply living in the past, not willing to give it a try, because they think they earned a claim on the former functions.
The plugin follows now again the game-mechanics, and it's for sure also fast...But those who are not willing to experiment with the options >> I dont Care!!!
I also do not answer on those questions anymore which indicate that person did not read at least the FAQ.
And how people ask their questions its easy for any experienced developer to make precise distinctions between those who try only to complain, those who are simply total lazy, and those, who are willing to understand it.
People asking alltime only the same crap that indicates they did ignore the description/faq >>> Ignore!!!
