  1. Hmm, did you reload the plugin after changing the config settings? Have you also tried granting the permission to a single player to see if it works?

  4. I still can't figure out how to time heli every x seconds.

    It seems there are cooldowns in the main config but it never spawns.

    because it says, if you grant the player or group "helicontrol.callheli" it will allow them to do so no matter what.
     
  7. Hello~Thank you for offering the plugin. It is very nice! I have a little question. Is there anyway to make two spawn points spawn helis at same time?

  9. Hoping you guys can help - I have searched everywhere and cannot find the answer - I keep getting this error:

    [HeliControl] Killing helicopter because the maximum active helicopters has been reached

    It defaults to -3 no matter what I change it -5,10,100 whatever, it doesn't spawn them via game and I cannot call them. Any help would be great!

  10. Can you paste your config or at least the line for max active Helicopters?

    This isn't related to HeliControl, this is part of the antihack/attack validation in Rust.
     
  11. could an option to ignore cub's added? so sick of people exploiting and not auth on their heli tower cub and not getting rocket strafed.
     
  12. Unfortunately, as far as I know, this isn't possible until (or if) a hook is added into Oxide.

  14. Hey-o, guys. Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm having a weird problem with HeliControl. I can spawn a helicopter with /callheli, but if I want to use the update command or kill said helicopter, I have to reload HeliControl, and then it reacquires the helicopter I used it to spawn. Any workaround known that I missed? Also, does HeliControl have any emphasis in overriding other plugins as far as its loot system goes? I wrote a long loot list, and had to disable BetterLoot's helicopter settings, but I'm still not sure that HeliControl has control over the helicopter drops.
     
  15. Are you saying that the Helicopter isn't recognized by the plugin (with certain commands) until after you reload it?

    As for the loot, it will try take over the loot if it's able to. Other plugins that touch it will obviously cause conflicts unless the setting for them is disabled in said plugin(s).
     
  16. Right. I can spawn a helicopter with /callheli, but once it's spawned, HeliControl doesn't recognize it. I can type in /killheli repeatedly, but it refuses to kill the heli that the same plugin just spawned. Then, when I use "oxide.reload HeliControl", it reloads and then recognizes its own helicopter, so I can then kill it.

    The most you can do is setup custom spawns for it.
     
  19. Found the error. I'd forgotten a couple of values in the HeliControlData for the loot list. Remembered to actually check the server console on Rust:IO. It seems that if the HeliControlData hits a null value in the loot list, it doesn't skip the file or even that particular loot box/item in the loot box, it just throws off the entire plugin. It could still call helicopters, but all functionality after that is basically non-existent until you reload it.
     
  20. so a heli hasnt spawned in my server for a day or so now. how can i change it so it spawns every few like 10-15 minutes?
