Type /event, go to the admin tab and choose a config file. The first option at the top says open, once you have clicked that it'll show an option to start the event.

I set it up but I entered /event join, no response, what did I do wrong

 

does the command /event join nothing or does the event not start correctly?
how many players are you testing it with?
Spawnfiles all double-checked and put the names right in the config files? <-
reloaded EMInterface after setting everything up as a try to fix?
No errors? <-

So I have been configuring plugins that my friends and I can play, such as various game modes by k1lly0u. I recently tried his game mode Slasher. At first it did not work but someone in the help section provided a recent fix for it by the name Jay Jay. Although it does work, in the console when the plugin for Slasher loads it says there is no Event Manager. The game mode also sends a message in chat to join, but when I type to join it says there is no game in progress. So is there a possible way to fix it not integrating with Event Manager?

 

Will the next build be available on the next Rust Update?

 

Yes, I'm still having issues with Slasher saying there is no Event plugin but other events work.

I decided to delete the Slasher plugin and config and reinstall it, and now it wont even load the plugin. Wont even generate a config file either.

 

Slasher hasn't been updated for the new EM, I'll get to it when I have time

 

For me, it says Load requested for plugin which is already loading: EventManager
I tried reinstalling, loadin, unloading, reloading. All time the same issue. (Havent installed todays Oxide Update. Will it fix it?)

Make sure that You deleted all old event files before updated to the last versions.
Also make sure Everything is right in the configs!
If the server still keeps hanging on "Load requested for plugin which is already loading: EventManager",
you probably have to restart the server.
I also recommend to update frequently with oxide, there can be fixes in it.

 

On my server, people often loose parts of their inventory (mostly out of the belt)

First of all, happy new year to everyone

I will get negative comments and response again, but, plugin was so simple and easy to use before and now almost everyone have problem running it.It has became confusing to people!Just look at the comments.Maybe a way to make it easier to use and more user-friendly??

I do not want to offend you.. I appreciate what you doing and your plugins are great and cool, i know you are giving people plugins for free, but this is my opinion.

So, bring it on now with all the hate.^^
