  1. Along with renebs bug finds i fount that hunger and thirst doesnt get maxed when entering the events you keep what you have before joining (example: 0% hunger 0% thirst BEFORE >> 0% hunger 0% thirst DURING >> 0% hunger 0% thirst AFTER)
     
  2. 6. for the block death it does work, but you still teleport the player with sending full snapshot. can you try removing that? because in the end we still have to redownload everything. (even if it's better then before it's already cached)
     
  3. Seems it is destroying my LustyMap mini map everytime I open and close the /event interface, I cannot get it back until I reload LustyMap, and the keybind M doesn't work to open fullscreen version either until reload LustyMap.
     
  4. For me helpts to open up Quests or shop (ServerRewards) (both plugins from K1lly0u with same interface) and the closing the with the Close button, after this maps starts working (double tap M)

  6. Some players on my server are using event to get undamaged weapon. Before joining an event the full their inventory with damaged/broken things and when they are teleported back home after the event every thing is brand new. Also, if you teleport to an event with a key, it wont work when going back home. Thks for your nice work
     
  7. I have seen bugged slots before when Laserhydra was working on a mod.
    If you can't seem to find what it is, ask him, he might have an idea as to the cause since he fixed his.
     
  8. 1. Home screen could maybe have Statistics on it? Does seem rather bare, and more than enough room if you change things around a bit, or maybe even a brief description of each event, like submenu, with clickable tabs explaining each event?

    2. When I rename an event, and it Auto Runs, could it display the renamed name in chat? ie. I renamed ArenaDeathmatch ---> PrimitiveDeathmatch using /renameevent, but when it auto annouces in chat it still says ArenaDeathmatch in chat.

    3. Opening Quests or ServerRewards will make my LustyMap work again fyi.

    4. CTF flags are invisible once captured the first time, or returned by killing the player, zone flags are

    5. A Statistics reset button would be fantastic as well, but not a big issue.

  9. Thanks for all the feedback guys, you have all been extremely helpful and have made finding and fixing these bugs far less challenging.

    1. I'll look into it tonight, will probably have to do some trickery like I did for c4
    2. It's odd that disconnect doesn't restore the player, I will have to look at the logs and see what's going on. Worst case I'll save their information and restore them when they log back in.
    3. Should be a easy fix
    4. Not too sure about that one, haven't noticed myself but will try and and recreate it tonight
    5 and 6. I'll write a new respawn code to just move the player and restore their stats

    @Brengun i remember him mentioning that but I think it come down to some bad code elsewhere

    1. I guess I could chuck the players statistics on there, then it will give me more room for general statistics on the statistics page
    2. Should be doable and sounds like a good idea
    3. I may of missed the function to reopen it

    7. If a player has anything in the crafting Q and joins an event, the items are gone forever, and the crafting is cancelled.

  13. Ah the 4. it didnt modify the pas
    post. I ment that the player does get it back but his inventory gets wiped when the event ends even if he isnt in it anymore
     
  14. Roger that, Ill take a look. The auto respawn without the snapshot works a treat but its a little weird spawning back in so fast. The second you die you are already in a new position and walking around, it kind of throws you off a bit. We think there should be some kind of pause between the 2. Got any ideas on what I should do with the player during that time?
     
  15. Good question on the what to do thing.
    Maybe even if it at least had an announced message on the top of the screen with the death message of who and what killed you.

    Reneb, I tested the 4 this afternoon with k1lly0u with leaving the server mid event, came back all my invent was restored, I then gathered for a while until it ended and I still had all my stuff and all the gathered stuff.
     
  16. I like the auto respawn like this. It's way better then then the old sleeping bag thing in events. Sure this has been reported but nobody could get past lvl 12 in gungame

  18. It would be good to feel dead for at least 1 or 2 seconds
    I agree the respawn is perfect for events

  20. This is driving me nuts, keep getting told the game Deathmatch isn't registered, and did I reload the game blah blah. When I try create a game it asks me to load a spawnfile, I try load it and it gives me the above again.

    If I do /event launch for my auto event it says no events were initialized, check they are configured correctly. my config seems fine to me, any help?
