group chat -> ?????

You made it wrong upload this file to your data folder then in rcon put this
group add vip
then restart your server

When you do use that one what warning or error do you get?

 

I haven't added it to the server. If a developer says it doesn't work and it's tested already I trust their findings and don't use the plugin.

 

There has been many changes in both plugins you should test first
