Okay! So I need Rust:IO Clans to work with BetterChat! So go talk to someone on that plugin about it!

 

I also need clans to show, have been waiting for weeks.. ://

 

Clan tags were moved from BetterChat to the clan plugins. If your using Clans:IO you need to download Lasers attachment on page 29. This is because Laser cannot update another persons plugin without permission.

 

Thanks but could you link me to the attachment pleaase? I cannot find it on page 29... im blind :/

Honestly not sure if I'm really blind or not but I've gone through 28-30 and honestly cannot see any attachment from him, is it possible for you to pm it to me or something? Sorry for being a pain.

No, it's not mandatory. The clans functions should still work but you loose some functionality by not using it.

 

It's uploaded and can still add clans etc however still not showing [clan] tags in chat

Ignore that, so you've uploaded the new version. It should work, any errors in console? Unsure if this would be a problem but the BetterChat folder is no longer used. It was moved to a single file in .data - Ensure you're using this.

 

Yes, I uploaded the new version, it's not changed anything, however do I need to delete the config also, then re-upload the .cs?

 

Plugins always reload themselves upon reload. Ensure it's actually in the plugins folder and try deleting the config.

Use #5af5af - BetterChat won't allow you to a three-byte hex code. (Basically just double it up)

 

Fixed it by using a different Hex, honestly you've saved my life. Tysm <3
