What plugin is this?

    It's not really about loading times; just that the plugin is a bit bloated, goes beyond it's purpose, and has some annoying aspects. :p

    If you use Notifier but have some features disabled, it still has to run through the code until it reads that you disabled that specific function in the config. Not to mention, it's possible it couldn't be as optimized as the others combined. But again, doesn't make that big of a difference.
