Solved Radtown building block bypass

Hello!

I would love a plugin that could easily be switched on and off that would let me build something inside and just outside of a radtown, and then switch it off again when I am done with it.

Is this possible to make? Because I've looked through the plugins now, and unless I missed something, there is not a plugin to bypass the building block

 

Try Zone-Manager.. make a zone (rad town) and set the option which allows admins to build

 

Tried it out, set up a zone that allowed for building and removed rads, sadly it still did not let me build within the border of the radtown
