Plugin and website integrated with Paypal

Hello I'm brazilian
I have a website developed for sales of items and VIP kits for rust ....
I was thinking of developing a plugin to improve the connection of the site with the server .....
I would like your opinion

Site connects to the server by RCON, it delivers the item Instantly, it has a connection with Paypal and PagSeguro (Brazilian site similar to Paypal) which consequently has an automatic approval ....

When you gave an item in rust to someone ... that message appeared in the chat saying that player X won the item .... to avoid adm abuser ... would you have any other way to do that?

What do you think? I accept suggestions, criticism
