Heli calls to specific area & area permission entry

Hello,

I have two separate questions to ask.

1) Lets say I created a heli arena and I want that to be the only place where players can actually call heli in.
How would I ensure that the command cannot be executed outside of that area ?

2) I still haven`t made my mind up about ViP usergroup but... lets say I make a special building or area for ViP users for whatever reason.How would I ensure that their usergroup is the only one who gets to enter that zone?
I have tried zone manager, but I don`t see any command on overview that would let me do this.

Check out this Zones Manager for Rust | Oxide and this Zone Command for Rust | Oxide. As well as this HeliControl for Rust | Oxide for calling the helis in.

Use zone command to grant heli control for just player calls on enter and revoke it on zone leave.

I think theres in example in zone-manager for an admin / vip house.
