Getting started making plugins?

Im sure most of you get this question but I want to start making addons for rust. Correct me if I am wrong but the language c# is what I need to use to create addons right? I'm just wondering where should I start learning c# and stuff like that.

 

Yes, it's best to use C#. Oxide still supports Python and Lua, but it is strongly unrecomended.
