About the wandering off, maybe HumanNPC plugin will help - Human NPC - Core for Rust | Oxide

The HumanNPCs are bound to a specific coordinate and each NPC has a radius option in the data file.

some bots are giving default lr300's and when the gun is picked up they are unlimited lr's
seems if you have more then 1 ai the other will spawn in with defaults and the lr300 etc

removed plugin until fixed .

 

The laziness in me would suggest auto update of the plugin instead having to unload, delete config and reload

uhh not too sure what im doing wrong but i cannot seem to get bots to move/shoot all they do is stand and look at the ground,
i entered nav_disable false into console and restarted the server and still the same issue?

@Andie if your animals also not moving, then most likely the nav_disable didn't write to the server commandline.

 

ah yes you're correct animals do not move as well, how do i fix this?

 

look for this +nav_disable: in your command line change if needed

But is it a known thing that the AI's walk around the entire map?
I;ve encounterd multiple AI's from ex. radtown inside the trainyard or AI's from the rocket facility in the middle of nowere.

i have server up all day and just now i have time to go look if i find bots.and yes i find many.
but good info for me its a i dont have any lag and i runn server my pc,and also game runn full settings

Hey, I'm not sure why that happened. I haven't seen it happen here (yet) but I'm doing a bit of a re-write tonight.
The way I was storing data didn't let itself to easy expansion.
