That's a glitch, even happens with Info-Panel, relog.

 

If i use mysql for this should there be less stress on the server or?

 

If you had 100+ players it may reduce some effort on the server, but the impact for less than that would be very minimum.

 

Looked like you have a new server, just run it like normal.
