    how do I access the Lang file to customize the welcome message? when I go to FTP and click on oxide/lang I get no option to change anything, nor do I see any text I can edit.

    They are .json files under oxide/lang. You'd open them in any text editor.

    The plugin would regenerate them unless you remove them from the plugin itself.
