Teleportation System [Unmaintained]

I stopped the server and deleted manually and it cleared out fine.

 

I've got problems to reformat the user help message to fit the existing ones. I'd like to remove the quotaion marks and add color to the command. So far this has worked for other mods, but removing the <""> causes an error. How should I modify the code to remove the quotation marks please?

Sorry if I missed it in the Config somewhere, but is there a way to set this as admin/mod only? I basically want to use it for people who get stuck in rocks or who knows where.

My players are sending a TP to someone and they accept it but it never teleports them, help?

EDIT: if they try and tp home it works fine. just tp'ing to people is a problem.

 

anyway to be able to add into the config that people have to stand still while teleporting? like a true or false on the config
