I dont know what i'm doing different, but it works currently without any problem.
I placed a double sided town sign, run "/sil <url>"..it does load and get transferred into client storage and shows up.

I specifically used imgur. Used this one last wipe worked fine.. (Tiny Rick!) after the update it doesnt. Not sure what the problem is.. says loaded yet sign/picture frame is still blank. Other users reporting the same issue on my server. Something broke after the update.. ?

I'm using Host Havoc to host the server and in the installed mod manager this is the ver of OXIDE which I reinstalled after the wipe update on 12/1: http //oxidemod.org/downloads/oxide-for-rust-experimental.714/ Sorry I'm new to all this stuff, I appreciate your help Wulf!

So i have my own private server.. so how do i get permission to use the command please help!

 

Go to the Console Command [Press F1]
Type:

oxide.grant user "YourCharacterName" "PermissionName"
For example: oxide.grant user "Galantis" signartist.url


Here are the 4 possible permissions you may want to give yourself access to:

• signartist.url -- To use /sil <URL>
• signartist.owner -- To ignore owner check
• signartist.cd -- To ignore cooldown check
• signartist.raw -- To ignore jpg compression
