EDIT2: OK so /sil does work but only for some images... does the plugin only work for .jpgs? and or small images? the config says images that are 2024kb in size

The question mark means you aren't usable a publicly accessible link else you're using an indirect link. Use a site such as imgur.com, just make sure to grab
the direct link and not the one that is the entire website.
Hello, I am trying to give to all player the permission to use the plugin but I am not able to find the name of
the player group that I have to write to give the permission to all player
is it possible to assign a URL to a sign using an ID? So I don't have to look at it? I'm trying to
automate it so it would fetch an image from a webspace every few minutes, which would have updated data on the picture.
I'm looking for a solution of showing data to players, either by signs or GUI, depending on what comes with better performance and is not annoying on the screen.
