    Which Oxide version are you on? You can check using the oxide.version command or version console command for Rust.

    Oxide build 2781 or higher is needed. We've added a patch to fix the issue in Rust with getting local image files.

    Try different images, different file formats, like .png .gif .jpg
    See if any one of those work.
    Sometimes, it's the images that won't upload (not the plugin not working).
    Most importantly, make sure you have upgraded your Oxide build to #2781 or higher.

    I'd try installing Oxide again to make sure you replaced the Assembly-CSharp.dll while the server is offline.

    I can't really give you a solution when I can't reproduce it personally. All I can suggest is to make sure you're fully updated and using a known image host with direct URLs.
