I'm having an issue with the very latest version of Rust, not even starting with the current version of Oxide for Rust installed. Will there be an update to Oxide soon?

This was mentioned on the Downloads page, the current version on the site is outdated. -
Before the recent Rust update, everything was running fine, no problems, nothing. Then the Rust update happened. I updated it through Steam CMD and ran the server again. Nothing appeared in the server window. So I made a completely new installation through Steam CMD and following the tutorial on this website. Same problem. I tried this 3 times with no solution. When I run it as administrator, it says, "RustDedicated is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." Which doesn't make sense to me why it was working before the update. This is what I put into the batch file (copied straight from the tutorial):
@echo off
RustDedicated.exe -batchmode +server.port 28015 +rcon.port 28016 +rcon.ip 0.0.0.0 +rcon.password "changeme"
Vanilla Rust works perfectly fine until I install the latest version of Oxide. -

Oxide is installed, with the latest version however when I put the files in the CMD prompt is empty and doesn't boot anything it just sits there blinking. And when it does work Oxide doesn't load. Any known fix? Or could someone step-by-step me through the install process to make sure I'm doing it properly,

Ok, so tonight for a while I had to update my server, cool. But when I tried to install oxide it had some problems. For one thing I was unable to download a newer version, it was saying i didnt have permession. Then, once i was allowed, i installed it, awesome. But for some reason, my server wont load all my old plugins that i had in my oxide plugins folder. So I'm wondering, does the latest update change where the plugins are put? I looked, it says my plugins are to go to the "plugins folder" but only a select few of them work, like teleportation. Thanks in advance!

Hello man, I made a server a while back and now that I'm trying to update it, I'm having trouble getting the download of the latest version. I try to go on the download tab but it just tells me I have no permissions... Anything I could do or fix that I am doing incorrectly?

Hi, trying to install oxide on rust but does not load. I did put all the files in my Server folder. Inside the Server folder i have: steam, rustds, RustDedicated_Data folder and files like Run_DS, oxide.root and so on. Any tips how i can get it to work?
