Help!
New to this, trying to get Oxide 2 to run and it just launches a normal server. Fresh server install and Oxide 2 download from the site extraced into the root directory of the server as you see in the screenshot... c++ 2012/2013 x86/x64 and .net 4.6.1 installed. Tried even using the example .bat with same results. Screenshot:

Edit: Also when I try to launch the compiler exe it says Mono-2.0.dll missing, not sure if thats anything to do with it or if I'm even suppose to launch that really. -

You don't have Oxide fully installed, mainly the modded Assembly-CSharp.dll. Make sure you are installing Oxide after any SteamCMD updates. -
Ahhh, thank you. My launch bat was checking for updates then launching and I assume it was un-modding the files when it did it.
-
I've looked but maybe missed it. Is there an api or something similar to check for new oxide updates posted? Thanks.

Not without scraping the site. You can watch for updates and get notifications though via the download page. -
Anyone know how to detect or poll if there is a rust update? other than run the steamupdate?
-
Wulf Community Admin
SteamCMD or steamdb.info, that's about it. -
Even the muted player, he can talk in chat, ALL PLUGINS OF MUTE!
Please help me! -
Wulf Community Admin
Please post in the support thread for the plugin that you are using.
-
Oxide is broke with the new update. Downloaded from GITHUB and most of my plugins are down
-
Wulf Community Admin
No issues here, just make sure you are using the latest snapshot. What errors are you getting exactly? -
Guess it's not finished yet. Wait for the official.
-
Wulf Community Admin
It is finished, the snapshot is up-to-date. -
I can't find any info on some of the switches for steamcmd
- steamcmd.exe +login <username> <password> +force_install_dir <path> +app_update <appid> -validate

Those are related to Rust changes, not something Oxide provides. Please post it in the plugin's thread. -
