1. Yeah, guess we pretty much just have to wait.

  2. We can just be patient waiting for an oxide update, hoping someone with the knowledge to fix it is here :)

  3. Depends when ever they have time to do it.. its usualy quite fast within the hour

  4. Just have to wait until the devs of oxide have time to update it.

  5. I guess :)
    [DOUBLEPOST=1451486011][/DOUBLEPOST]Anyone else havin this problem?

  7. Well, let's just hope they are not all on vacation xD
Well, let's just hope they are not all on vacation xD

  8. Well i hope so, cuz i have 30 people on teamspeak yelling because of the server going down :/

  9. Wulf has been around. he will update when he has time

  10. yep pretty crap this players arnt happy and the admin takes the flak

  11. Yeah Exactly, the admin stands with all the hate .....

  12. Try Hosting a vanilla server then. Its the price we pay for having Modded servers.

  13. You can't really blame the Oxide devs for it. The server-admins chose to use third party addons (Oxide), so they gotta deal with those people. Simple is that.

  14. Will GameServers.com automatically retrieve the updated version of Oxide as soon as its released?

  15. Send them a ticket to see. My host does.. as the download link is straight from this website

  16. OxideMod/Oxide · GitHub
Keep refreshing that page and you will see when the updates are on the way, the final update will be in snapshots when done.

  17. Yeah im not blaming any devs here, i think they're doing an awesome job, but when a update comes it pretty much fucks up the plugins. I'm aware that I'm using a third-party addon, I'm dealing with all these people going on my teamspeak as good as i can. And Please dont tell me i blamed the devs, then you had to misunderstand my post, sorry.

  18. Can't blame the devs, they're doing the best with what they've got. Maybe ask our good friend Garry to get of his lazy arse and bother to implement better mod support for his game or if he can't do that, at least notify maybe 12 hours before he's going to update. When there's thousands of servers going down for your game because you published an update, you dun fucked up. Period, there's no arguing with that.

    Edit:
"Oh but it's third party stuff.. blah blah"... Yes but its third party software used by most non-official servers, When there's thousands of people using it and you screw them over like that, you're going to piss off a large majority of your fanbase; thing with Garry is, he doesn't give a shit, he's got your cash already. At least, that's the attitude I see from his twitter 24/7, making a game with a decent concept, messing it up dreadfully in some way, and when people complain he does bugger all, he's just enjoying his millions of dollars and is probably thinking how to get more without fixing his old broken crap, GMod is riddled with gamebreaking bugs relating to particle systems which makes every prop disappear and he hasn't fixed that... As much as I enjoy Rust and Garry's Mod, I'm sick of the attitude shown. He makes changes without care and it needs to stop.

Edit2: Ok, maybe the security update needed to come fast, but considering it has breaking changes, he did nothing to combat this and left thousands of servers and players in the dark because he doesn't care for the modding aspect of his community, there wasn't even an apology or any official statement...

  19. Will i have to reinstall all the plugins after this update?
