wrong file I said kits.json from data folder if you can just take a few mins and read my post you will see what i write

first unload kits plugin then upload files then delete kits_data.json from data folder then reload kits plugin

 

that was kits from /oxide/data i dunno where else i have data folder with kits.json ...
I unlaod, delete from /oxide/data kits.json and still
> oxide.load Kits
Unable to find main plugin class: Kits
No previous version to rollback plugin: Kits

 

Do you have skype
And its reload Kits not what you put

steps you need to do
1. download zip from above post
2. unzip to desktop
3. in rcon type unload Kits or stop server and overwrite the files same thing
4. upload files to the correct folder
5. in rcon type reload Kits

 

If i was to make a kit that no one else could use apart from specific people i assigned it to what would i have to type in console or confg?

no thats only for autokits just make a kit add a permission to it then add that permission to a group you want to use that kit to have then add the player to the group then add the permission to the user as well

 

so how would i add a kit that only people that i set to a VIP group can use

so i would type /kit add VIP (ect) then oxide.grant group "name"

 

First make a vip group
add the items you want to your char in game then paste each of these lines in game chat
/kit add "vip"
/kit items description "VIP reward" permission vip

then in rcon type
oxide.grant group vip Kits.vip
then add the player to that group then type
oxide.grant user playername Kits.vip

 

now when i do /kit and the menu pops up do i have to add the kit

 

if you want I can do it for you just upload kits.json from config and data folder use the option on the post to upload the two files

 

no i mean when the menu pops up and it shows all the kits do i then have to click on add kit then click on vip and then click on add

You dont need to do that just add it to the config and remove
"kit1",
"kit2",
thats only a sample I have seen so many leave that in then they cant understand why things dont work and please use the code tags next time

I am having an issue while using the plugin "PresentLoot" I change the loot table for a "small present" and when I spawn them with the admin console they always award the custom loot I assigned. When I added the "small present" (-1725510067) to a kit, the small present awards vanilla facepunch loot instead of my custom loot table. Any suggestions? *Note - I did ask on the PresentLoot plugin page as well.

*Edit - *I figured out that if I loot the present into my player inventory and open it, the custom loot appears. If I open the gift directly from a container, it creates vanilla present loot. This is not an error created by kits.

 

Noob question, so I was wondering if I am just doing something wrong or what. I am set as Auth Level 2 for admin on my server. However I get the error "You don't have access to this command". Now I have tried reloading the plugin, installing the plugin, installing oxide and even reauthorizing myself as owner (Auth 2). Any suggestions or something I am just simply missing?
