cannot use /rec
and get unknown command "grant" if i try to give default permission

it say: you are luck permission, but i have permission, so and i relog to the game and permission work oO
what it is? i have plugin TimedPermissions and its work and work other plugins

A lot of the times when I type /rec nothing will happen, but it will trigger the 1 min cool down. Sometimes it will work, but a lot of the time the aforementioned error occurs.

I've got a feature request that I think would go down a treat.
Up until I just checked, I thought RecycleManager and Recycle was the same plugin. We have a problem on our server were players have way too much scrap. They are recycling components from there kits and are ending up with 200k scrap. We want to try and slow this down.
It would be great if you could implement a data file in which we could edit the amounts you recieve from recycling. I've managed to do it with the static recycler but the portable one would be good too.

Great plugin to use with VIP levels.
How hard would it be to add different levels of recycle rates for use with different groups (i.e.: vip1, vip2, etc...), and how about the ability to add only use if you have building permissions?
