Quests

Work for me with the new update, thanks Dev !

 

I get this error when I run a quest creation in quests. Im guessing somehow both are conflicting with another. so I took out factions for now.

any guesses ?

It doesn't cause any issues other then it will print what you type in chat. You can unload factions whilst making a Quest if it's a problem

 

ok, I didn't think it caused a problem. didn't seem like it anyways.

but I did forget to mention that I put the icons into the lusty map "custom" folder before I installed quests.

but everytime I do something with quests, lustymap unloads? or shuts down ... whatever it does.

The minimap goes away for sure.

I haven't fully tested why it does that.

 

It should come back once you close the quest menu. Is it not?

 

no it doesn't, I have to manually reload it... since im not using delivery quests yet I don't see anything on the map itself. but reloads fine manually.

just tested it. when I open the quest menu. the minimap disappears and doesn't return when I close the quest menu.

 

Are you up to date on both plugins? Just tested myself and it still works

 

I just updated both plugins today. after their updates were released.

 

is there a way to Create/config the quests with... " / " command? cause... It not only looks wierd when im talking to myself on the server, Everyone can read it, kinda dumb.... they should see the quests on the plugin gui. and not in the chat xd ....

i know . i could just mute myself.... even when its kinda hard on authlvl 2 .
but everytime doing that is annoying....

 

are you talking about when you're creating the quest and it shows in chat ? everything you're putting in ? cause it does that to me too.

It will do it if you have any plugins that use the OnPlayerChat hook. I'm not going to add chat commands to add quests sorry because there is too much that goes into it and I don't want to get spammed by people who can't work it out, this way is literally fool-proof. Either unload the other plugin whilst your making quests, make quests when there is no one online or put up with the fact people will see you type stuff for 2 mins every now and then lol. If you had to constantly type in chat to use the plugin it would be a different story

You can try and edit the old data file and remove all lines with "BP": in it

 

Need to change the rustxp name in the GUI or make them known like Reward Rustxp and huntxp.

 

Change it in the lang file

Hey guys. I had the problem with the creation of the quest Delivery. can't type "quest items" in the box with the reward. If you write "quest items" the text will go in the General chat, and if you write "quest", the reward will not be displayed, but the graph will be skipped.

 

@k1lly0u Can you add to Loot Quest somethin like Airdrop/Supply drop?

Lore: I want to make quest - Loot 10 Airdrops and earn rewards!

Is it possible? (FYI I am using FancyAirdrop so maybe if we will ask @Fujikura for some additional hooks for this
