Plugin is no longer working.

I restarted my server and added plugin it works fine for now Thank You So Much,

 

Plugin just stopped working again, I tried to do /pm "name" and it said player not found when he was clearly in the server talking to me.
Also, did anyone notice how the tab+shift is way faster now?

 

Looks like inventoryviewer is also broken.
I can't upload it since it's like 50.2mb, ...
The spam messages were huge.

I was used to use this plugin, but I see that today it is not working anymore. I changed for the one below and it is working :

After the latest Oxide update, /pm playername returns nothing.
