u have to do oxide.grant user name or steamid use.portals and oxide.grant user name or steamid portals.admin in console

 

you broke your permissions file, I don't recommend editing per hand

 

Your permission files are broken oxide/data/oxide.users.json and oxide.groups.json... Fix the issue that the console says or Delete these two files and restart the server..

No, no portal. Just as soon as I put those commands in that started happening. I don't even understand it.
