If it says you don't have the permission then you don't have it.
Check what group you are in
Check you have ownerid in users.cfg file
Check permission has been added to the admin group
If any mistakes it's not from this plugin it user mistake only

Is it possible to also remove shadows? I don't think it is, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

 

@Jake Rich So after recent update this plugin is causing server to drop over 100FPS and is constantly showing in logs with the MS of course slightly changing.
