Godmode

Wulf, Did you create the Admin Door Unlocker as well ? or do you have a similar one?

 

So, I'm dying in godmode .... it fills up my health, food and hydration when activated, but hit that L key in the air and watch me die from a long fall, or take damage from a spawned bear... also, I come back with less-than-full health (odd) but full food and hydration

 

I'm using the plugin and whenever I do /god it says "Sorry, you can't use 'god' right now"
It only works when i do it through rcon. Even though I gave my self all the perms.

but chat say " U a not allowed to use the "god" command. Why?

I just updated this plugin from an older version. About 4 or 5 updates back.

I can't use god mode, I've even re-added the admin group and added myself to the individual permissions.

One thing did notice is that I am running the Clan plugin and I could't add myself using the clan tag which was required before. I had to add myself without the tag, but in the config it appears with the tag and my Steam ID.

I still have godmode on from before I updated the plugin, I can't turn it off.

Deleted all the configs and reloaded script | re-added perms and it's working.

Following the update I cant get this working, was working fine before, I have deleted it and its configs, re-installed it and re-added permissions...

ok so I need help. When I enable godmode for myself /god it turns everyone's godmode on. But when I list out who has god "/gods" it only shows me. How do I stop everyone on the server from getting this privilege? I only want myself and the other owner to have godmode.

I don't understand, are you saying I can only give players god mode and not myself as admin?

It worked before the update, I don't understand...

 

Wulf I still don't understand how to only grant godmode to myself. /god turns on godmode but for the hole server but when I type /gods it only list me. Does this plugin stop me from hurting other players as well? maybe that's my issue? not that I want to walk around my server killing everyone and they can't kill me that's admin abuse.

 

well ever since the latest changed a month ago .. everytime i log out with godmode on i log back in and no longer have it.. killed by so an so .. or log in without god on

 

Hey Wulf, it looks like that normal players need godmode.invulrnerable permission to be protected from godmode enabled by an admin.

Also, when a player is godmoded they cant sprint/run

 

My Godmode Dont work!! it keep saying "our not allowed to use "god" command

i have have giving myself permissons to use god command!

@Wulf All working, all permissions set, but when I leave the server and rejoin, I'm not god any more. I noticed someone else has had the same problem above me. Any ideas? I've just checked the body of one of the other admins and she isn't god either.

Aha! I just noticed that godmode.json isn't being updated or re-created when I rename it so it isn't holding the god status data when we disconnect.
