  1. Did you:
    o.reload Everlight
You need to do that to pick up any change.
Are you running NoFuelRequirement or QuckSmelt? those can adjust burn rates as well.

  2. I have only Lanterns set to true, rest is false. Yes I know about oxide.reload and I've used Everlight for months. I do not run any other mod that could inflict Everlight. Still, campfires take wood but bbq's do not take wood. That is why I asked if bbq and fireplace should have its own setting in config.

  3. Wulf: I added Fireplaces, Skull Fire Pits (as campfire), and BBQ. Shoot me a pm and I will send you the code.

I have fixes for them, just haven't released it yet. Thanks though.

Wulf updated Everlight with a new update entry:

    3.1.0

  6. Hi:

Here is the issue i had after adding the new version after the update. We only use this for the lanterns. After the latest facepunch update lanterns were working. Since I received the notice of a new update for Everlight I downloaded/uploaded it and the lanterns are no longer working. I removed the config and plugin, re uploaded the plugin, set lanterns to true in the config, still no luck. Used oxide.reload Everlight and the plugin still does not work.

I do not recall this needing permissions, I also checked the oxide logs and do not see any errors, it shows the plugin appears to load normally. If i put fuel in them they work, when I remove the fuel they turn off.

Also I noted that all settings in the config were set to false not true as described in the update.

Thanks in advance for any help / suggestions.

  7. Hi:

Rolled back to V3.0.1 and that solved the issue, I did not see any errors thrown in either the oxide logs or the server logs. Will watch for the next updated version. Thanks!!

  8. Same setting on my server, we use it for lanterns only. Since the 3.1.0 update it stopped working. Also noted no errors in the log, plugin appears to load fine. I took Weziltry's advice and rolled back to 3.0.1 and now it is working again.

  9. is there a mod to do this to miners hat?

    NoFuelRequirements should handle that.

  11. I installed the plugin and have been using a campfire to test it out. With both true and false set, it's still burning fuel.
Is there something I did wrong?

Should be working fine now if you re-download to get the newer version.

  14. Hey Wulf!

For the life of me, I can't get this sweet plugin to keep the lights on. Only want it for ceiling lights, lanterns and searchlights. Set to false, saved, restarted server, etc. Still not "taking," -- am I'm missing something simple? (probably so)

    Thanks

Which version of the plugin are you using? What's your config look like?

  16. Version is whatever I downloaded today (assuming that's the newest)

And what does your config look like? You shouldn't be editing the plugin directly by the way.

  18. Oh, you're asking what server config looks like? My bad.

Is there a line of code I need to add in that? I don't know if I'm supposed to post it here, given the info it contains.

The configuration for plugins can be found under the oxide/config folder. This is where you change the settings for this and other plugins. After making changes, just reload the plugin.

  20. Ah, wow. I'm a noob. Thanks so much!
